SHIPPING
If a product is ordered in error, the customer may be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
RETURNS
Original sales receipt or order number must be provided for all returns. We accept returns for exchanges or a refund within 30 calendar days after the product is delivered. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only on items ordered from ridemodz.com. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition.
New, unaltered and unused product must meet the following criteria
- No visible signs of installation, wear or damage in any way
- Cannot be a special order or made-to-order product
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for a warranty replacement or a store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the return. There may be a restocking fee applied in addition to the original shipping cost for returned items that were ordered in error or are returned damaged/installation marks. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item purchased on ridemodz.com. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
